Nobody is denying that black people constantly talk about a "black community". I'm saying it doesn't exist even if they claim otherwise. When a black person talks about "black community" what they are actually referring to, whether they believe it or not, are their local black churches. This becomes obvious when any "black community" event is clearly actually a "black church" event and when the solution to every problem is church. The may refer to "black elders" but no one considers them elders except the members of their church. And churches don't represent most blacks, especially young ones. Again, there is no black community. Just old, religious blacks that want to believe there is one so they can call themselves community leaders.
