That's because Bohemia is a regional name of the historical dominant area of what comprises the western half of Czechia. The other half being Moravia with just a tiny bit of Silesia thrown in there.
Czechia is a much more inclusive name. Most languages already use this version of their name. For example; Tsjechië in Dutch.

Probably not but I never studied this topic. But it's common that Moravians see themselves different from Bohemians and they usually rage alot when you compare them with Bohemians. There were even few Moravian awkward attempts to separate themselves from the Czech Republic as a solitary kingdom or principality or whetever it was.
