DESU I'm surprised how useless terrorists of any religion or ideology. Yes Breivik counts as one as he hoped to use civilian casualties to achieve his aims.
I think part of it is the fact that more intelligent people can probably talk themselves out of it and are less likely to be brainwashed into terrorism.
Another issue the Muzzies and Breivik have is that they feel the need to martyr themselves. Unsurprisingly this makes people much less likely to join up as well as limiting their options to mass shootings suicide bombings etcetera. This of course also leads to a lack of experience as all the good suicide bombers blew up a while ago. The bad ones did to but they fucked it up.
If a group was intelligent well coordinated etcetera they could easily cripple a nation.
They could create thermite breaking bad style and use it to destroy phone and power lines. Maybe even destroy bridges.
You could use a slow acting incurable poison and contaminate water or food supplies. Volunteer at soup kitchens schools work in a food producing factory.
Produce explosives in mass and place IEDs around the host country and use it to bomb buildings whilst making sure not to blow up the bomber.
They could target certain aspects of society like schools which would help to cripple the economy.
They could use dirty bombs which probably aren't that hard to make considering that kids have made nuclear reactors from the insides of fire alarms. Doesn't even need to be enough to do much harm. The psychological aspect would cost a fortune.
Use remote control incendiary devices and post them through hundreds of letterboxes in one night in a small town. Maybe bomb the roads to stop fire trucks getting in.
Bomb landmarks.
Use UAVs with bombs on board to assassinate targets groups of people and target high security areas.
So yeah modern terrorists even the ira are idiots. And I'm without a shadow of a doubt on some watch list now.
