If you box, you're a shit boxer, because that hit is an easy read. The punch did not rotate off the toe, true, but there was partial hip rotation, and partial center line convergence behind the blow. Not exactly textbook, but sloppy as it was, it still held power. Furthermore, the blow did not land on the forehead, it hit the cheekbone, then deflected up into the supraorbital ridge. If you actually boxed, or had half-decent training, you would know that getting hit there hurts like hell, which is part of why you dip your head in guard.
