Very little. They show that there's some humanity to the average German.
They depicted the Russians as barbarians who'd shoot up a German field hospital and rape the first girl they saw though. Not saying that's inaccurate.
German critics actually said the series didn't focus enough on demonizing Germany while critics from every other country said it's pretty good.

The SS are pretty vile. The Wehrmacht are better than literally anyone else in the show--better than the partisans, better than the Ukrainian "special police", and definitely better than the Russians.
I liked it. It kind of reminded me of a German Full Metal Jacket or Apocalypse Now.
