reaction was that he's joking, this can't be true.

But then I realized something. That's why people
are looking to leave this place and why our economy
is shrinking. It's because you aren't tied in. Like hell
would you want to leave a country that you invested
half of your life in. The higher the tax rate the more
successful country it is.

Not all government spending is bad, but a lot of it is. I'm American, and besides roads, Military protection?, a shitty public education, that prepared me for nothing and I will have to pay for. I can't think of anything the government has given me for my 33cents on every dollar I made this past year.

Je si ti nekada bio u Nemackoj ili Austriji?
Tek kada odes preko vidis kakva smo mi zapravo stoka. U Becu papiric ali bukvalno papiric na ulici ne vidis. Putevi po selima su bolji nego "nasi" autoputevi. Kada bi nas standard bio upola onoga sto je u Nemackoj dao bi 60%.

zato sto su nastavu odrzavali ljudi koji su primali
nesto jace od minimalca da trpe 20 i nesto djece
na vratu po citavu godinu. Zasto? Zato sto smo u
ekonomskoj depresiji vec 30ak godina, nema u
budzetu novca za penzije i ratni dohodak a kamoli
tek za plate u obrazovanju.
Bi se kurac politicar usudio pronevjeriti budzet

When you have high quality public services they are expensive by means of taxation, but that means the people there should be getting a lot of benefits simply by living there, so it's simply a nice place to live.

Look man, America has a lot of freedom, it really does, and even the poorest people have food and at least one car. At the end of the day, our infrastructure and educational systems are crumbling, and we've been investing more money into them than ever before.
We've reached a point where private schools do a far better job than public ones at a cheaper price.
I know valuable spending is nice, but we're talking about giving money to an organization that has wire tapped everyone on earth. Not one that creates value.

Rade im komunalne službe, big deal. Moraš da imaš u vidu da je tamo sada predratno stanje i da će za koju godinu sve te čiste ulice biti preplavljene govnima u svim oblicima.
Naša situacija nam je možda odmogla na početku 2000-ih, ali pošto smo sada u tom mehuru u kom jesmo, zapravo smo u boljoj poziciji od klošara sa Zapada koji misle da žive bolje, a u stvari rade posao koji mrze za pare koje nemaju da bi ono što im ostane potrošili na gudru i jeftine kurve. Jebeš takav život.

Popizdim kada to neko kaze.

Predpostavljam da nikada nisi radio u zapadnoj zemlji, nije istina to sto ljudi pricaju da oni samo rade, u svim drzavama zapada radi se 8 sati i ostatak dana ti je slobodan. Najveca razlika ti je u sitnim stvarima kao infrastruktura, komunala, javni prevoz itd. danas sam se vozio u autobusu i kapljice su mi padale na glavu jer jebiga nema se pare da se popravi krov. U Austriji je sasvim druga situacija. Zna se red, koji ovde ne postoji. Nesporno je da i retardirano je reci da mi zivimo samo malo gore od njih, ovde ljudi rade za 200e mesecno tamo za 2000e.
