It's not really a Jew thing. The legal system is designed primarily for the benefit of the bar, Jew and non-Jew alike. Litigants, especially defendants, get royally fucked, while their lawyers have it made.
And since you mentioned it, the delay is the worst of it. Lawyers are the worst procrastinators of any professionals (they're also probably the least competent of all professionals too). For them, time isn't the slightest concern. I've been involved in two cases that dragged on for the better part of two decades.
In one of these cases, the plaintiff was a law firm suing for its (disgustingly inflated) legal fees--but it wasn't suing its former client (they'd already done that and come up with a useless judgment against a dirt poor old man). Instead, it was suing the former client's SON on the theory that he benefited from peace of mind knowing his father was well represented (and that he allegedly promised to pay, which the defendant never wavered in asserting was a lie). They even tried to sue another sibling that they'd never even communicated with, though that was dismissed.
After fifteen years of being harassed by these scumbags while the interminable case dragged on, with the threat of a protracted trial and a guaranteed appeal when they lost and a judge who twisted his arm because he clearly did not want to have to preside over the mess, the defendant settled for a substantial amount so he didn't have to take any more time off of his job and keep flying to other side of the country to deal with this nonsense. This was of course after he spent a hell of a lot in legal fees on his defense.
Since this is /pol/, I'd be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that the plaintiff lawyers were Jewish. That being said, of the comparatively few truly honorable and hard-working lawyers I've known, a number have been Jewish.

Well, I never met a black person until I went to the city to study.
So, I'm in the University of Chicago, and I meet a black man studying mathematics. He's a bit of a poor communicator; his writing is atrocious, his knowledge is limited, but overall he's intelligent enough to be extremely good at math.
So, one day out with him a large group of niggers try to stop my friend, me and another white friend of mine. The group goes up to me, and I simply walk by and ignore them. They got up to my white friend, and he walks by and ignores them. They go up to my black friend in a fucking sweater vest with glasses and pick a fight with him too.
