oh, shit. I forgot about Wildstorm. I've only read one comic from them and that was around 8 years ago. A quick Google search reveals that Wildstorm is no longer publishing. They were a DC subsidiary and I guess they were closed because they weren't making enough money.
The reason comics are so easy to target by SJWs is because it's a very fragile industry. While video games can't really be harmed because most gamers don't care, a small minority of vocal SJWs can easily ruin publishers.

Wildstorm was the product of the 1990s. Marvel got into some money troubles and some shit. Lots of their talent left and formed their own studios.
Some of these artists/writers who founded some of these publishers cashed out. Wildstorm got sold to DC after its popularity declined.
DC continued publishing Wildstorm titles but then decided to fold in the Wildstorm universe in the DC universe like they had done with past acquisitions.
