It's just the perfect fast food. I used to eat a variety of burgers, gyros or asian food when I was out and about but recently rediscovered kebab and it just blows the competition out of the water.
It's cheaper than the rest while also being more filling than most if not all of them. Also it's a very varied food, you can get it with all sorts of shit to keep it from getting boring. Don't remove kebab, you're missing out.

It is for marinating the meat:
Put 1 onion, two gloves of garlic, one chili, two tomatoes, teaspoon of nutmeg and a teaspoon of cumin in a strong blender and blend until completely smooth. Then put it in a pan with a little tasteless oil(peanut or sunflower is fine). Bake it on low heat, it has to cook a little but the point is to remove moisture till it is a thick paste and has browned slightly.
Then proceed with around 800 gr of minced meat, put in egg and some flower as usual. before mixing add in the marinade, you may need a bit more flower as the paste adds moisture. Combine well with hand or spoon and form burgers.
There are very delicious on the barbeque:) I always get loads of compliments when making these.
