They have no need to tax because in a libertarian distopia, wages are given while already having into account possible profits (given the lack of governmental control those wil be very low because of the forming of cartels/monopolies).

the only thing stopping it is people's refusal to cooperate. in all the corporation would find it easier to not be a dick than to be one.
either way, it's a stable system as long as the corporate has the power to prevent dissent.
