He's honest about issues that actually matter (eg economics, immigration). Things he's probably not honest about (eg being religious, being pro life) are things that aren't very important in comparison but you gotta do that unfortunately if you're trying to win over a party with a large number of religious people. Just for the record he doesn't deny climate change, only mankinds involvement with it (which most people who actually look at the data come to agree with). I admit the vaccine thing was kind of weird but thankfully he never brought that up again.
Tldr Everyone knows Trump lies all the fucking time but we like him because he is consistently and brutally honest about the actually relevant issues.

You cannot spread them any further due to how infant immune systems work.
Likely, if the vaccinations are causing any problems, it's because mothers stop breast feeding their children far too early and switch to formula.
The problem with this is that the child depends on the mother's milk to boost its immune system for the first 12-18 months.
Introducing vaccines into an immune-compromised child is a recipe for disaster.

There is a reason the CDC has a schedule for vaccines with minimum and maximum ages all across the board. Obviously your doctor should have the final say but I think it's unrealistic to think this schedule wont have any changes in the next few decades.
