I have been a hobo and lived out of my car due to poverty for three months, and got kicked out by the police.
Most homeless are scum and do not deserve pity, there is a percentage of them that are truly tragic, but the majority are bottom-feeding tweakers.
Many of them are not able to be brought back into society, and many more contribute to other problems in the system. It's a waste of money.
