He knew...
At least according to Scott Adams
He suggests the latest news cycle has helped Trump prepare this narrative, especially after the optics of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97%
winning all of Colorado’s delegates while the public could not vote in a primary or caucus.

“It’s a huge win for Trump,” Adams wrote. “It turned him into a victim of the machine at the same time he is fighting to break it. Emotionally, it looks as if Trump got screwed and that democracy isn’t working. That plays to Trump’s strengths.”

Adams concedes that the GOP may have a perfectly legitimate explanation for the Colorado outcome, but it will be impossible to change the public’s perception of it: “The reality is that the Republican party is not a government entity and it can make any rules it wants. But the ignorant public will not care about the lawyerly truth of it.”

Do we have any solid proof of this or just hearsay?

Yes I saw that tweet. Totally fucked up.

I don't think the establishment on both sides understand what they are fucking with. Trump and Sanders supporters are both die hard and they are fucking pissed off. This is genuinely the thing peaceful revolutions are made of. How they can be so disconnected from reality? Do you think they don't understand how pissed people are or do you think they just dont care?

Bernie fags are always whining and protesting regardless. What I fear is when Trump supporters ACTUALLY get really pissed off. The type of people that support trump and have those types of political views don't protest at the drop of a hat like the leftist do. My fear is that when they start that it could be serious business. Like over run some government buildings with AR's slung over their shoulders.

If only Trump thought to visit Colorado before they voted on March 1, or before the district conventions on April 2, 7, and 8, or even before the statewide convention on April 9, maybe Trump wouldn't have failed to win a single delegate and maybe he wouldn't feel the need to go there afterward to protest the fact he didn't read the rules.

>>

False. I've found evidence of exactly two Trump delegates being left off the ballot and it was because they failed to pay the fee to appear on the ballots. I would like to see evidence of anyone else being left off.

Delegates were chosen on March 1 with voters at their caucuses having full knowledge of who the delegates supported. Delegates voted on the various dates I listed for district and statewide convention (they were responsible for getting themselves to both) and Cruz won every district and the statewide election by varying margins. Several delegates voted Trump at the conventions, but it wasn't enough to win him any delegates for the national convention in July.

If Trump and his Colorado team had better organized, he may have got more of his people voted to go to the conventions and won some delegates for the national convention. He won delegates to the Colorado conventions on the dates I listed based on the March 1 vote. He did not win enough for them to then win any spots in July at the national convention. This is an important distinction.

For reference, this is the same exact process Colorado has used for the majority of the last 100 years. The only difference this year is that they dropped the "preference poll" because the RNC rewrote their rules for this cycle to make preference votes binding. Preference polls in Republican Colorado primaries were always cosmetic and had no bearing on the delegate caucuses and the district and state conventions.

>>
>>70928132
See >>70928132
The only delegates who were replaced at the district and state conventions were those who either failed to appear or failed to pay the fee to appear on the ballot. The local caucuses elect two people to represent them, a primary delegate (the person who finishes first in the straw poll) and an alternative delegate (the person who finishes second in the straw poll). Both are expected to attend and if the primary delegate fails to appear or fails to pay the fee, they are replaced by the alternative delegate.

I am aware of two Trump delegates who failed to pay the fee to appear on the ballot. I do not know how many failed to show up to the conventions. This is the responsibility of the delegates and the Trump campaign to organize for these events. Failure to organize is a failure of the Trump campaign.

He failed to list two loans on his FEC reports in 2012. A complaint was filed by a Democrat group from Texas in January 2016 regarding loans from Goldman Sachs and Citibank. The FEC then asked Cruz for information on the loans. It is currently working its way through the bureaucracy.

However, the campaign loans themselves are just like mortgage loans in every way except one — we are not required to report our mortgage loans to the FEC. This is the only difference.

No one is going to show up to this. And Donald Trump knew how things worked in Colorado for months, it's his own fault that he didn't get any delegates. If Trump was as great at making deals as he claims he is then he should have easily won all the delegates.
>>
>>70929048
Yes, actually. Kasich being irrelevant, nearly every combination of delegates (primary and alternative) would've been composed of one Trump supporter and one Cruz supporter in either order. All of the people who supported Trump would've pooled their support into a single delegate to attend the district and state conventions, and the same for Cruz. If the primary delegate fails to appear or pay the ballot fee, it is virtually guaranteed the alternative delegate supports the opposite candidate.

93.9 And after this, in the seventh week, an apostate generation will arise.
And many will be its deeds - but all its deeds will be apostasy.
93.10 And at its end, the Chosen Righteous, from the Eternal Plant of
Righteousness, will be chosen, to whom will be given sevenfold teaching,
concerning his whole creation.
91.7 And when iniquity, and sin, and blasphemy, and wrong, and all kinds
of evil deeds increase, and when apostasy, wickedness, and uncleanness
increase, a great punishment will come from Heaven upon all these. And
the Holy Lord will come in anger, and in wrath, to execute judgment on the
Earth.
91.8 In those days wrongdoing will be cut off at its roots, and the roots of
iniquity, together with deceit, will be destroyed from under Heaven.
91.9 And all the idols of the nations will be given up, their towers will be
burnt in fire, and they will remove them from the whole Earth. And they
will be thrown down into the Judgment of Fire, and will be destroyed in
anger, and in the severe judgment that is forever.

104.10 And now I know this mystery; that many sinners will alter and
distort the words of truth, and speak evil words, and lie, and concoct great
fabrications, and write books in their own words.
104.11 But when they write my words exactly in their languages, and do
not alter or omit anything from my words, but write everything exactly,
everything that I testified about before; then I know another mystery:
104.12 That books will be given to the righteous and wise and will be a
source of joy and truth and much wisdom.
104.13 And books will be given to them, and they will believe in them and
rejoice over them; and all the righteous who have learnt from them all the
ways of truth will be glad.
105.1 And in those days, says the Lord, they shall call and testify to the
sons of the Earth about the wisdom in them. Show it to them for you are
their leaders and the rewards will be over all the Earth.
105.2 For my son and I will join ourselves with them, forever, in the paths
of uprightness during their lives.

You seem upset, kike.

94.10 Thus I say, and make known to you, that He who created you will
throw you down, and over your fall there will be no mercy, but your creator
will rejoice at your destruction.
94.11 And your righteousness in those days will be a reproach to the
sinners and to the impious.
95.1 Would that my eyes were a rain-cloud, so that I might weep over you,
and pour out my tears like rain, so that I might have rest from the sorrow of
my heart!
95.2 Who permitted you to practice hatred and wickedness? May judgment
come upon you, the sinners!
95.3 Do not be afraid of the sinners, you righteous, for the Lord will again
deliver them into your hands, so that you may execute judgment on them as
you desire.
95.4 Woe to you who pronounce anathema that you cannot remove..
Healing will be far from you because of your sin.
95.5 Woe to you who repay your neighbours with evil for you will be
repaid according to your deeds.
95.6 Woe to you, you lying witnesses, and to those who weigh out iniquity,
for you will quickly be destroyed.
95.7 Woe to you, you sinners, because you persecute the righteous, for you
yourselves will be handed over and persecuted, you men of iniquity, and
their yoke will be heavy on you.
96.1 Be hopeful, you righteous, for the sinners will quickly be destroyed
before you, and you will have power over them, as you desire.
96.2 And in the day of the distress of the sinners, your young will rise up,
like eagles, and your nest will be higher than that of vultures. And you will
go up, and like badgers, enter the crevices of the earth, and the clefts of the
rock, forever, before the lawless, but they will groan and weep because of
you, like satyrs

96.7 Woe to you who commit iniquity, and deceit, and blasphemy, it will
be a reminder of evil against you.
96.8 Woe to you, you powerful, who through power oppress the righteous;
for the day of your destruction will come.
In those days many good days will come for the righteous in the day of
your judgment.
97.1 Believe, you righteous, that the sinners will become an object of
shame and will be destroyed on the Day of Judgment.
97.2 Be it known to you, sinners, that the Most High remembers your
destruction and that the Angels rejoice over your destruction.
97.3 What will you do, you sinners, and where will you flee on that day of
judgment when you hear the sound of prayer of the righteous?
97.4 But you will not be like them against whom this word will be a
testimony:
“You have been associated with the sinners.”
97.5 And in those days, the prayer of the Holy will be in front of the Lord,
and for you will come the days of your judgment.
97.6 And the words of your iniquity will be read out before the Great and Holy One, and your faces will blush with shame, and every deed which is
founded upon iniquity will be rejected.

People were able to vote in their caucuses for state and district delegates on March 1. Several states hold some variety of caucus in place of a statewide ballot. Neither Trump nor Cruz complained about the Hawaii caucus when Trump won it.

What you're looking for is a "statewide ballot", not "democracy". And you're only looking for it when your guy lost. Democracy took place in Colorado.

The "vote for your delegate who can change their mind at any time" process is complete garbage and you know it.

Another thing that's complete garbage is how Cruz can't win primaries, only caucuses where bible fanatics bus in their entire church and pressure each other into voting for Cruz. And yes, I am aware that Cruz has won like 2 primaries, so don't get technical here on me. He won nearly every caucus. The fact of the matter is whenever you deviate from a fair, democratic process where the people directly select their candidate, it tends to favor Cruz for some mysterious reason.

>Q4. Where can I find information about caucus?
>A4. Caucuses are held on the first Tuesday in March. In a presidential election year, a political party has the option to hold its precinct caucuses on the first Tuesday in February. The persons receiving the highest number of votes at the precinct caucus are the delegates to the county assembly from the precinct. Contact your political party for additional information relating to caucus and party rules.

The Denver Post repeats exactly what I said. "The GOP executive committee has voted to cancel the traditional presidential preference poll after the national party changed its rules to require a state's delegates to support the candidate who wins the caucus vote."

The preference poll was historically non-binding. They cancelled it because the RNC made preference polls binding. This made zero changes to how delegates are assigned over past Colorado Republican primaries with the exceptions of 1992, 1996, and 2000.

Loans are perfectly legal to pay for elections, actually. The only caveat is that you must report them to the FEC. Cruz failed to report two.

See: http://www.fec.gov/rad/candidates/documents/CanGuide91013-104.pdf
>Bank Loans Obtained by Candidate for Campaign Related Purposes
>If a candidate obtains a bank loan for campaign related purposes, the committee must report the loan from the candidate as a receipt and repayment of the loan to the candidate as a disbursement 104.3(a)(3)(vii)(B) and (b)(2)(iii)(A) and 100.82(c). In addition, both the original loan and payments to reduce principal must be reported on Schedule C each reporting period until the loan is repaid. Furthermore, a committee that obtains a loan from a bank must also file Schedule C-1 with the first report due after the new loan. 104.3(d). See also Section 17, “Reporting Loans.”

This is how some campaigns are in debt when they suspend the campaign.

Ironically, I was a Paul supporter. I was on the fence about Trump until he started making outrageous accusations against non-Bush Republicans. He's determined to win the nomination or take the party down with him. I would appreciate that a little more if it didn't guarantee 20 years of complete Democrat control.

I was talking about /pol/, not primary results. /pol/ was full conspiracy theory about Ron Paul having primaries stolen from him. Sound familiar?

Can someone explain this Drumpf thing?

Is it that Trump's grandfather changed his name and we should make fun of him for it b/c its funny, and that's somehow comparable to Bernie changing his own last name (which we shouldn't really comment on).

The current republican party are democrats

And I was in Iowa in 2012, Ron Paul did have caucus stolen from him.

>Cruz
>non-Bush Republicans

He only has them in his camp and working for him, right? And even if he wasn't, what difference would it make when he is getting his paychecks from the same people everyone else does?

>He's determined to win the nomination or take the party down with him.

>on /pol/
>not wanting the GOP to burn.

Anyway it's too late.Cruz would get slaughtered in a general election. At least Trump can pass off as a moderate being former democrat.

It wasn't even his grandfather, it was his great-great grandfather - and he didn't even really change it. The name changed through a language shift in Middle German, where D became unvoiced and thus turned into a T. It's still literally the same name.

The dropped "f" at the end was lost in German languages in the 18th century.

It's the most desperate attempt at a smear job in human history. In the case of Sanders, his father literally actively changed to a completely different, white name for the sole purposes of sounding less like a kike.

Cruz is going to win the nomination and Hillary the election. And you're going to grumble about it but that's how it's going to be.

Ps. America will be 35% white by the end of HIllary's terms and the streets will be full of Mao style "revolutionary students" operating free from law, beating anyone who doesn't support the SJW religion and if you fight back, you get 30 years in jail. Enjoy.

I haven't followed the process for a while, care to explain me the recent developments?
Is Trump still favorite?
Have his rivals closed on him?
Is clear who will be his opponent?
>>
>>70938670
Trump is still leading but its now unlikely he will avoid a convention
It's just him and Cruz now
Mostly depends on how the GOP wants to die
