I think we can all agree that autistic people should not live within the confines of civilized society.
There is nothing with gun ownership and backround checks don't solve anything. What should be done is more higher end psychological checks from at the time of infancy until adulthood, people diagnosed with disassociate behavior or autism should be sent to autism farms where they will live out the rest of their days there.
