My problem with conspiracy people isn't that they will try to find alternative theories for how things happen, but may get outright hostile if someone else does the same thing.
Someone who denies the holocaust may get really mad if someone denies the crimes of his ideological enemies, the communists, the same going for communists against holocaust deniers.

This is the dumbest shit I've ever read. First of all, even if it were true that starvation were the cause of death in a great many Jews etc, that doesn't make Nazi Germany any less responsible for their deaths. The comment stating that the Allies were in fact responsible for the murder is such a ridiculous statement, especially coming from one just gave Nazi Germany leeway for having concentration camps in the first place.

Secondly, if food shortages were the issue, why is it that some camps were orders of magnitude more deadly? Obviously there were trains going between them even at the end of the war, so logistics clearly wasn't the issue. Further, how do you explain the hundreds of thousands of deaths that occurred before the red cross shipments allegedly stopped? And now we're still ignoring the obvious issues such as multiple massive furnaces at the death camps (Why did the Germans build furnaces with such high capacity years before the food shortages started if they didn't know or expect that food shortages would kill so many?), the direct evidence of genocide in the death camps, as well as evidence of systematic killings in Jewish ghettos.
