The only truly effective way to defeat Muslims is by converting them to Christianity.
This means putting literature and tracts in their mail box, putting them on Christian mailing lists, putting up fliers in their neighborhoods, and witnessing to them whenever possible.
This is the only way we're every going to win. Violence will never work. You can't kill an idea with violence, but you can destroy it with another idea.
And you don't even have to be a Christian to participate in this crusade. That's the best part. You can fake it the whole time. Even atheists like Richard Dawkins admit that Christianity is a bulwark against something far worse. That something he's talking about is Islam.
And Christianity is the best way to stop it.
Bonus Points: When the religious leaders of the middle east discover that their flock is being targeted for conversion to Christianity in the EU, US and Canada, they won't want Muslims to visit or move to those countries.
