This. I had a job interview recently for a graduate programming position at a small tech firm which went extremely well. At the end the interviewer basically said I was the best candidate so far but they are being pressured by hr to hire women. I mentioned something about how companies should be entirely meritocratic and then he basically went into the 5-minute talk on why he actively tries not to hire women. He said they had a group of 5 male programmers who worked extremely well together and had excellent morale. The company was then basically forced to hire a woman and quickly the woman started complaining of hostility because she didn't understand/couldn't cope with male banter.
