Actually the expansion of the universe is part of the standard model and a famous example of something that can seemingly break C without breaking C (since the expansion of space isn't an accelerated particle).

It's only half done, that's just the numbers on the expansion rate, I need to compare them to the luminance expansion limit of a theoretical 4D black hole. My theory is that the gravity well of the black hole grows into the 4th dimension as the mass increases, so our flat 3-dimensional plane expands.
I'm also wondering if movement through the 4th dimension is possible - this would effectively mean increasing our velocity towards the 4d singularity - there's a bunch of complex math behind it but that basically accelerates time and would allow us to travel faster than light in our universe.
