The same guys who made Project reality is making a standalone game on the unreal engine.

The OP mod is kinda cool because it uses all sounds from real combat footage.

You can buy it right now, in alpha off steam. It's infantry only I think and the maps are still fairly big.

But there are no vehicles at all yet. They should add the humvee next though. You can still build base assets, emplacementsee and set rally points and such.
