They are though. The human body generally contains two kinds of muscle fibres; fast-twitch and slow-twitch. Fast-twitch muscles, as the name implies, contract very quickly and forcefully, but they also become fatigued more quickly, whereas slow-twitch muscles contract more slowly and with less force, but they can keep expanding and contracting for a long time without tiring. On average blacks have a higher density of fast-twitch muscle fibres than whites have, which is great for short bursts of speed, and quick movements. I know, this goes entirely against the claim that whites are physically stronger than blacks, but bear with me. The thing is, physical training can strengthen slow-twitch muscles and increase the strength they can generate, but fast-twitch muscles cannot be trained for endurance in the same capacity that slow-twitch muscles can be trained for strength. In a 100m sprint, a lot of physical strength and rapid muscle contraction is necessary for accelerating and maintaining a sprint, in boxing fast-twitch muscles are necessary for speed and force. Hell, even in some athletic sports like basketball and soccer, even though the games can last a while, they're not running around at top speed constantly; there are fast bursts of speed interspersed with periods of low muscle usage.
If boxing matches didn't have 3 minute rounds, blacks would likely be at a disadvantage; whilst they can strike quickly and forcefully, if they fail to deliver a knockout blow, they'll begin to tire faster than a white opponent would. This is why whites tend to have the edge in endurance fighting; while a white athlete might not match a black one for speed, they can come close in strength and keep going for a lot longer. The same is true in strongman competitions; they're not about quick bursts of strength, but sustained strength (carrying heavy loads over a distance, or pulling a truck 100m).

Actually, Caucasians are better at lifting weights or sports where muscles go under stress for a long period of time, whites are also better at strategic activities where as blacks are better when it comes to relatively short bursts of energy or running for long distances really fast. They are not good at strategic activities and alot of them have horrible hand-eye coordination. Whites have almost best of both worlds; were close to Eastern Asians or Jews when it comes to Intelligence and at the same time were able to endure physical activities perfectly fine. This is also why we conquered so much of the world.
