No, it doesn't. OP, I don't know if you realize, but the vast majority of delegates in PA are unbound. By taking PA Trump will for sure only get 16 or so delegates. The rest are unbound and could very well not go for him.
717 here, I am voting Trump. My first time voting ever, but don't overestimate PA. Cali is far more important delegate number wise
PA here. Trump support is strong, the thing is though we go by delegates instead of voters. some delegates are die hard cruzfags and fewer are trump supporters, A lot of them are just giving it to whoever wins the district. It'll be hard to get trump most of them but I think its possible.
