Are any Americans actually thinking about moving to Cape Breton Island if Trump wins the presidency, or is it just a meme? The Island is in the middle of a huge demographic crisis, it could use some settlers.
Lots of land, cheap housing.

Its a millennial meme, they don't understand how emigration works and are just throwing a hissy fit

How does emigration work?

For instance, Americans who live abroad and even get dual citizenship still have to pay income taxes back to the United States. Throwing a fit and leaving the country isn't as easy as think, Canada doesn't want an influx of Americans for no reason.
Remember when people threatened to move to Canada when Obama won? And when Bush won? And just about every president?
This happens every fucking election, and nobody ever does it.

I went there last summer OP. Rode the Cabot Trail, visited the National Park.
I wouldn't want to live there, but everyone I met was really nice. And white. Everyone there was white.
