black people make fun of white people for trying to summon ghosts or trying to find bigfoot. meanwhile black people are actually afraid of ghosts and would nope the fuck out of walking through the woods at night because they dont want to, "get eaten by a bigfoot." how the hell can black people rip on white people for trying to explore the supernatural but at the same time be absolutely petrified by the supernatural?

i dont believe in any of that shit but im pretty sure i could convince my black friend that my house is haunted and flicker the lights a few times and scare the shit out of him.

also, do you think believing in spirits and ghosts is a sign of low IQ? to me these people seem to be barely functioning as adults.

Most of it gets traced back to Ancient Egypt, even if you want to trace it through the Jews.

Considering that black folk were KANGZ N SHEEEIT, that would make magic their domain. So I don't see where they get off blaming it on whites.

I know shit exists because I've seen stuff.
Some people have had weird shit happen to them and that's why they believe in it.
Others are more like "I'm not sure therefore I'm not going to potentially screw myself by doing dumb shit so I'm in the kool skeptic club of enlightenment" which is also an acceptable stance.
>>
Fucking lollllllllllll

Have you seen what those niggers do to their own children and other family members because they believe they're cursed? They fucking kill them in the most sadistic ways imaginable.

Believing in ghosts is one thing but killing your own child is fucking retarded.

like what? also it better not be something like strange coincidences or some shit.
>>
>>70834968
>They fucking kill them in the most sadistic ways imaginable.
thats part of their rich culture and heritage, not superstitions
they would do it anyways even without a scary ghost

I believe in ghosts but I don't believe they can physically move things. Just make people hallucinate and drive them insane.

Also, they aren't supernatural. They are psychic projections of alien technology left over from experiments conducted on humans in previously remote locations.

my gf believes in ghosts. the funny thing is that she thinks it's really strange that i wont even consider the possibility of ghosts. like it's the first time she has realized that some people dont believe in ghosts.
>>
People are retarded and start believing in things because they read about them.

I had a phase as a teenager abou paranormal shit to the point I started seeing stuff every time I was alone and was convinced ghosts and black men existed. I stopped giving a shit about that because my father died around that time of sickness and oh look, nothings happening.

>do you think believing in spirits and ghosts is a sign of low IQ?
Not necessarilly, just a sign of gullibility

My IQ is 138 and I've been to and even worked in many places that seemed haunted (Alcatraz museum and some of the Ruins if Old Las Vegas casinos to name a few). I'm a healthy skeptic so I don't want to jump to the conclusion that they were haunted but nor Do I want to completely dismiss it. I've had this conversation with many friends and family and the bottom line it always boils down to is "I do not believe in ghosts, but I believe weird shit happens)

i think it's pretty easy to confuse old building groans and pops with the supernatural.

With either of them, it was more felt than heard or seen.

Alcatraz detained the worst of the worst in America; Al Capone, Machine gun Kelly and The Bird man. That was place they would send prisoners when they caused too much ruckus at other federal prisons. Over the years there were all sorts of murders, riots, fights and instances of torture that occurred. Ghosts or not, there was no denying the place was creepy as hell and certainly felt Haunted. Even if it was not haunted in the literal sense, it still felt as though it was being "haunted" or plagued by the memories of what happened.

I had worked security at the place in Las Vegas now known as Binion's. It gave off a similar vibe and it seemed fittingly so as It was a big time mob joint in it's prime. I wouldn't be surprised if there a few bodies buried around the property. Other coworkers expressed similar feelings about the place being haunted, some reported seeing the ghost of a little girl, elderly lady or one of the deceased Binions.

I never had any overt encounter with a specter but I do recall a very bizarre elevator ride when I was locking up one of the hotel rooms one night; Every time I tried to hit the button to go to the ground floor, various other buttons would light up one at a time, as if being pressed. I madee about six stops before they all cleared out, then another six buttons lit up and I went up and down and all around all over again. In total, I spent about 20 minutes in the elevator just going up and down. Was it an electrical problem? Probably. Was it Ted Binion's ghost playing a prank on me? I've not ruled out that conclusion just yet and I have trouble doing so because I've experienced first hand just how creepy that place is

IQ 129 here
I have had instances where communication with spirits, were undeniable.
On one occasion I was in Manahattan for work and I was at a friends apt in Hell's Kitchen, He had graciously let me stay there. I came home from my first day and he was upset & drunk, he was rambling on about how everything was just not the way it should be, life had thrown him some curveballs.
I sat down talked to him for a little, he started saying,
> I saw too much too much
I said what did you see? He was almost blacked out-passed out at this point.
Just then- the only way I can describe the feeling I had is this
combine the excitement of every christmas morning you had as a kid. And for
Some
Reason the room filled with a glorious Amber light. And I communicated with the spirit of a man who took his life in the apt.
We were able to communicate and I was given some information to help
My friend.
It definitely was super natural. It makes the fee fees percolate to know there more after this

yea, i gotcha. i've got no doubt that these places are creepy and scary when you're the only one in there roaming around. i honestly think i'd be more afraid of stumbling across someone creeping around in buildings like that though than of ghosts.

what information were you given? why are you people always coy about the most important parts of your stories?

The ghost IS the hallucination.
>>
>>70839151
Yeah I feel
Ye
But I can't deny there was something there communicating.with me. What the source was, I do not know. It's not so much a belief as it was an experience that I believe happened
>>

Not wanting to be coy just a lot to type-on mobile. I saw pictures of my friends life. Images I had no reason to know about and I was given knowledge about some of the objects in the apartment that held significance for my friend. I started to ask him about certain objects, like the pewter chalice on a shelf above a chair. A checkered coat some famous director gave him, that I didn't know was buried in his closet. Result was my friend wanted to kill himself. I was given information about happy days in his ode and helped him to remember why he's here, and why he should stay.

Stuff like this has happened to me as well.

It's not unfathomable to consider that there is an infinite spectrum of consciousness. We can only really see a blend of 3 primary colors and can only hear certain decibels of sound frequencies. Light is used to transfer massive amounts of information in a split second through computers and even in the brain.

I don't exactly think human entities can appear to people in the physical world but it makes sense that a well placed particle of light could travel through the brain to project in the world what many people would call a "ghost" or a "vision".

For instance, my father died from a heroine overdose when I was a kid. He had one eye that was lost in a fight in South Boston back in '85. Nobody had told me that he was a one eyed badass (nickname: deadeye) but when I visited his grave as a teenager I was intrinsically informed that he did, indeed have only one eye. My family was a little scared when I asked about it because they never told me about it. They rarely told me about him but coming in contact where his body was laid to rest gave me incentive to ask questions about circumstances that I otherwise would not have asked about.

I do think that full on hallucinations are bat-shit crazy but basic 1 bit input can make a big difference in perspective.
