Mamelukes invaded Maronite land again in 1294 but got massacred, finally they invaded in 1305 we lost after they genocided and ethnically cleansed an area called Keserwan. However the Mamelukes realized only the Maronites could work the land and maximize economic profit so a truce was struck. Resitance sporadically continued but nothing ever big occurred until the early notions of Independent Lebanon were formed in the 16th and 17th century.
Detailed history on Christian military resistance against Islam can only be found in books in Lebanon from my experience. There are a few good ones out there.
