1) being gay is objectively degenerate as it goes against the reproduction of the species, and is not natural
being tranny is not natural because no matter how much you change your phenotype, it has no effect on your genotype - which is either contains either ONLY male OR female genes
2) depends on what you view as your source of morality I guess. Personally, morality is a measure of how well something aligns to a human's Nature (as from Stoicism) - e.g. to steal from others is immoral as it goes against humanity's social Nature. So, if both homosexuality and being a tranny biologically is not in our nature from point 1, how could it be moral at all?

Tranny people (Not hermaphrodites) ? It is largely unknown what causes the shift from male to female thought patterns or visa versa. There is also a history of people tranny from a multitude of cultures throughout history. So it's arguably natural as well. However getting an actual sex change is not natural whatsoever.
