What are some practical and realistic ways that we could effect the goal of removing all non-whites from white countries?

A bullet is cheap or even better lock them up in a confined space in groups and cut of the oxygen that's even cheaper.
The UK from the 6th of April has started a policy that, apart from nurses, non-EU migrant workers who have lived here less than 10 years and make less than £35,000 a year will be kicked out.
Bear in mind the UK average is somewhere around £25,000 a year.

As part of our EU negotiations, we've also got a deal where EU migrants soon will have to work at least four years to claim benefits, which should make Nordic and Germanic countries more appealing to the African and Asian hordes.
Of course, this all seems too little too late...
