UNHCR Arrivals.png

Hi /pol/

When UNHCR records that there were 1,015,078 sea arrivals for migrants in 2015 I take it this is recorded by the number who have been processed by Greek + Italian authorities.

Does anyone know roughly how many arrived that haven't been processed? Are there any sources on this. Is the real number much higher?

Thanks for your help.

The bottom left makes it look like that the processed number of arrivals by sea have decreased.

>Could be going by land instead
>Or bypassing authorities

>35% children
>20% women
are these fabricated? I've seen like 50 women total in any migrant video/picture i've seen

I don't think the UNHCR numbers are fabricated, but I suspect there are more arrivals that haven't been processed.

That's why I was asking for sources, if anyone has seen anything confirming it.

I looked at these numbers before.

Just the fact that they claim "82% of arrivals come from the world's top 10 refugee-producing countries" should give you pause.

Look at the definition of refugee and then the top 10 list of nations and try to find 82% actual refugees.

It's not possible.

This is only the sea arrivals and the land data looks entirely different, you can find it on Eurostat I think. Then you're looking at ~65% men. 75% 18-35.

> Does anyone know roughly how many arrived that haven't been processed? Are there any sources on this. Is the real number much higher

It is much higher. We had articles last year coming out regularly about entire refugee camps emptying and nobody to be found. All those thousands upon thousands are now paperless shadow society people living among us.

It's the illegal situation in the states but even worse since these people will never be citizens, nor will their kids (unless there's mass amnesty which might happen). Having them untracked and uncounted undersells the problem consistently.

I'll try going back and finishing my collages when I have more time. Right now I can just say that all the data is available from the official sources, it's just that nobody actually looks at them. Everything in the media is misrepresented.

They showed almost nothing but kids and women, at a time a crushing majority were young men.

These 'children' are like 50/50 undocumented men aged 20-40 who pretend to be younger in an attempt to receive priority in immigration

Thanks for contributing.

I see Eurostat's data here is for asylum registrations, which is higher than the number of sea arrivals at 1 255 640.

http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/documents/2995521/7203832/3-04032016-AP-EN.pdf/

You're right that the Syrian percentage is only 29% as reported by Eurostat whereas sea arrival data is 48% according to UNHCR. Therefore there must be thousands that are falsely claiming to be Syrian.

You really need to dig into these stats beyond the front page.

Digging into the Excel spreadsheets they have shows in 2015 (the burst of immigration) the majority of the "refugees" were males 18-35

2016 numbers are no kinda skewed and also a lot lower than last year.

Also I think at max 35% were in reality Syiran

>1 255 640
If we combine it with data from the OP (arrived by the sea, 1 015 078) the number of those who arrived by the land routes would be 240 562. This number, as well as the total amount of refugees in Germany (441 800) seems to be on the low side.

Official German data on net migration says that 1,14 million people came to Germany last year, with 2 million people arriving and 860 thousand leaving (http://www.dw.com/en/two-million-germany-records-largest-influx-of-immigrants-in-2015/a-19131436).

Also, German minister said that there was 965 000 refugees in Germany by the end of November (http://www.welt.de/politik/article149702408/965-000-Fluechtlinge-bis-Ende-November.html), and Merkel confirms that it was 1,1 million by the end of the year (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-01-06/germany-says-about-1-1-million-asylum-seekers-arrived-in-2015)

It seems that somehow, both the UN and the EU data somehow lost over half a million refugees in Germany. Who knows how many in the other countries.
