Germany would definitely try to conquer Britain after, on even terms, It would be very likely for them to win.
After Germany was to control all of Europe, they would eventually go after the U.S, it would be a long and bitter war between the two, but Germany would probably win that one. (Assuming the U.S didn't invent the nuke because they weren't in war or had the motive to.)

Hitler did everything he could NOT to fight the british. For 6 years he repeated that Germany fighting Britain was retarded, because he had no land to claim there and didn't want british colonies to become independent.

The workers would have pretty much the rights they currently enjoy (most of which were invented by nationalsocialism anyway, stuff like break rooms and paid holidays) and since the state would not be dependent from bankers, the economy would be a lot more stable.
Also, a lot of people seems to believe that "Germany winning WW2" means "Germany conquering the world and germans ruling every nation". Nothing could be more retarded. Hitler clearly said many times that national socialism was NOT an exportable ideology. He never wanted to make the whole world national socialist (or destroy other races). He didn't even care if other countries took up natsoc. The rest of the world wasn't his concern, unless they became communists (and thus a threat, since communism's aim is to conquer other countries).
He just wanted to make Germany great again by reannexing the stolen territories of WW1.
If Hitler won, now Germany would be bigger and more powerful, other european countries would be a bit smaller, Russia would start after the Urals, etc. But we wouldn't live in a global totalitarian state run by germans. That's childish fantasy of people who don't know what they're talking about.

If the United States actively opposed Germany and galvanized the remaining anglosphere eg. Colonies in Sub Saharan Africa, South Africa Australia, Canada, and New Zealand you would see the beginning of a resistance.
What would likely happen is the U.S would be in a massive war with Japan while Germany dealt with the UK and the USSR. The US and it's allies would likely win but it would take years.
Assuming the USSR falls in some Man in the High Castle Scenario where Hitler took over everything up to the Urals it would be likely that the US would be very interested in the Rump USSR and if a more conservative or gamey leader was in office may end up using them to fight the Japanese or maybe even coup out whatever leader took Stalin's place installing a White Russian Government.
Kuomintang China would most likely come over to the US side but they would probably be Neutral in this new cold war.
Japan, Korea, SE Asia, and Indonesia would probably revert to its original colonial rulers and a Dutch Free government would set up in Indonesia.
South America at first would be rallied to the US but countries like Argentina would be very amiable to the Germans. It would be a hotbed for violence.
Central America would benefit by increased American protectionisim and trade. However some may not like this and they would be more friendly to Germany

Europe would be an Axis hotbed with German puppet governments in France, The UK, and Croatia being the secondary enforcers to germany. Germany's other Balkan allies such as Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary would be secondary states with little importance to the Reich.
Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Finland, and other minor states would collaborate with The Axis but would ultimately be Neutral. And Switzerland would be invaded as per operation Tannenbaum.
The middle East and North Africa would be sacrificed by the allies in all likelihood to the axis.
