we have had pretty strict immigration laws so far. I have seen like 3 black people in my small town. Biggest problem in the small town was young whites and arabs getting in gangs and selling drugs, but they leave you alone for the most part if you mind your own business.
I moved to another small town filled with indians, seems the stereotypes about them are true. crime is way higher here. probably not just because of the indains but also the meth head white trash.
