I think every single non-STEM degree should be illegalized and every student of these courses should be shot.

I also think that STEM majors should get special privileges in regards to voting (like having a special voting system), because they're the only human beings that are able to think rationally. Wolfs in a world of sheep.

Music should get regulated by the state, every nigger that "raps" or makes other subhuman music should be shot on sight. The only music that should be on the radio should the the country's national anthem and traditional music. No modern degenerate trash anymore.

I also think that TVs should be illegalized because they contain too much power when most people are stupid sheeple. People should learn math or physics in their free time, and do the occasional sports.

I also geniuenly believe that high positions of political power should go ONLY to STEM majors, since they are the smartest people, and, as said before, the only ones capable of critikal and rational thinking.

Only the finest Humans can hold such high positions of power.

Furthermore, it is also important to make guns easily available to the people, so they can defend themselves from all kinds of threads.
Open carrying should be allowed and ENCOURAGED, to create an unity between all people, and to prepare them for the upcoming Anti-Degenerate war.

In this war, every non-STEM major and every manlet and everyone bald will the executed AND shot, and then their corpses will be used as food for the animals.

Does /pol/ agree with me.

So I was a NEET type that took a really really long time to get my STEM degree.

I was really worried I wouldn't get a job because of all the threads in here calling STEM a joke, pajeep taking my job, so I stalled and didn't even apply to get a job for like 4 months after I graduated.

Well eventually I did apply, got a job within a few weeks, and started at 63K+ benefits.

Fast forward to two years later, I am making 71K+ benefits, no debts, have 40K in savings and am under 30 years old.

So the moral of my story is get a STEM degree and just apply. You can still get a job and get a salary that will make your standard of living shoot through the roof of a NEET.

I literally made it, I cannot believe it but I am there, I still live at home, but I am aggregating savings while helping family out, so I feel extremely lucky, but I was the biggest failure just some years ago, it happens quickly you can get out of the shithole in your life, just keep trying and you will make it to.

Gonna major in some form of Finance, and try to double maj in philosophy if I can.

OP your flavor of fascism is stale as fuck. You want the state to regulate art and shit but also have art teaching outlawed. I understand your concerns, but your ideas are hamfisted as fuck.

What needs to happen is a return to appreciation of the Classics. Every class that's like gender studies or nigger history needs to be eliminated. Art needs to less subjective and standards need to return. Paintings from one hundred and older years ago are exponentially better than contemporary art.

Society needs a defib, your plan is too drastic. And it will take at least 15 years for it to change in a country as big as us.

Partially because people like OP exist - you're still a cultural marxist if you destroy culture and identity through capitalism. This is why there's only one political ideology the Jews NEVER promote: fascism. Fascism is the one and only contemporary political ideology dedicated to preserving the culture of the west.

I hope you guys are still in this thread.

I'm 19, just about to finish my first year of University in economics and while I'm very interested in it, I didn't ace everything.. It is a tough program and I am not a natural with math.

That being said, I do love economics for what it is. Can you guys give me any advice at all? What I could do with a BA or masters in economics?
>>

>Economics is basically a harder version of finance, which in turn is a harder version of accounting.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a succinct post contain such retardation.

Economics and finance are not related, and are in no way on a scale.

Economics is foremost a behavioural science, which at the graduate level focuses on turning this into math. Most Econ majors will remain in academia or policy

Finance focuses on practical analysis, creation of instruments, management, and SALES. Yes, many young finance undergrads will find their roles consisting primarily of sales in insurance/funding firms.

Accounting is by far the hardest of the three, and one of the harder majors in college period. I shouldn't have to tell anyone what it is, only that it is a more niche subject, and mid career salaries are usually very comfortable.

Job growth for financial analysts and accountants are projected to grow strongly in the future.

t. Finance major and CFA
>>
>>70804141
No offense bud but if you're struggling with the math in intro Econ courses, I would change majors.

Econ is a math-centric degree, at least if you go beyond the undergrad level (which you must if you want a job in the Econ field). Once you get into econometrics etc, you will be fucked.

Telling it like it is to save you future heartache
>>
>>70803877
Who were you talking to when you said wrong. So youre saying economics is meme bullshit because you have to have a PhD to be useful?

Be a data analyst. That's about it. Or government work. To be relevant in econ you need a PhD. Or you could just go on and get an MBA or somethign 100x more useful.

If you havent tried this I highly suggest it before giving up. Sometimes 1 vs 1 teaching can make a world of difference. Dont give up if its something youre passionate about, you have the drive which is the important thing. You just need to learn the skill.

Also, typing that made me lose the game

I don't think it should be illegal, but I do believe they should not be 2-4 year degrees at Universities. Community college is appropriate for non-STEM courses because they're more affordable to go to and therefore students won't be in debt as much with useless degrees.

>I think every single non-STEM degree should be illegalized and every student of these courses should be shot.

Certain non-STEM majors are needed, fucker. For example, Education (yes, that is a major, at least in my University it was), since ideally, you want your kids to be taught by someone with knowledge in pedagogy, instead of just an average fucktard. Law, you want a good lawyer. If that were illegal as your stupid bitch ass wants, then good luck finding a good lawyer, fucktard.

Accounting averages are low because many choose to simply get bachelors, (no CPA, CFA or MBA) and then become AP clerks or Bookkeepers. Not a huge amount of room to move up.

Econ majors tend to look for jobs in a broader sense.

There's pros and cons, but Accounting is arguably the more "stable" and has tremendous long-term potential for the committed.

There's no-one else i hate more than self-righteous STEM fags shilling for their academic path. I used to fall for the STEM meme too but after spending time with the average STEMfag i just couldn't imagine myself spending time with these people for the rest of my life. The most disgusting feature of these people is the false notion that they possess superior capabilities for rational and/or creative thought, and the compulsive need to justify their existence by expressing this false idea. No. You're capable of memorizing formulas and writing them out in a paper after reviewing previous exams. That is not rational or creative thought, that is MONKEY-SEE-MONKEY-DO. That is how why you passed the entrance exam. That is how you're getting good grades. And that is how you're going to apply your skills in the work force.

My uncle is an engineer in his 50s and he always begins his statements with "As an ENGINEER I.." and then proceeds to argue something that has absolutely nothing to do with engineering, and is absolutely retarded.
