Manchildren aren't the problem, they are a symptom of a society dying from the Zionist corruption of the West.
Make life more appealing. Make it so they don't have to jump through hoops to live the life you think is normal. If you want them to have a family, make it appealing to throw millions of yen away on a kid for 15-16 years (not to mention the hundreds of thousands you'll spend on courting a chick). Make it so they get ENORMOUS tax breaks, or better yet, have no taxes, or provide full on benefits to those having children and living a family life instead of penalizing them.

Thing is, videogames are so popular because people at their very core like to feel like they've accomplished something or are working towards doing so. Its why the most successful games out there today are basically just progress bars with the most basic of interactions.
The problem is we as a culture have lost the urge to challenge ourselves for its own sake. We like working together and we like building tangible things, but without any easy to tackle outlet for those urges, we fall into wanting to satiate them with the most basic, trivial substitutes.
In the past, the military has provided for us and other nations the means by which men can satiate the urge for group structure and discipline. In times past, courses in higher education were much more rigorous and required something similar. We need to have some kind of nation wide program that allows men from every background to just show up, get trained, and build something that lasts. Maybe we'll get paid in cash, maybe we'll have some other kind of compensation, but I truly believe we have to bring back the concept of the hard day's work in such a way that it forms the basis for the people young men and boys will become.
