Also in sharia law, rape isn't rape unless there are 4 male witnesses who testify that is was rape.
Even if you have a rare case where Islam recognises it as a possible rape, say a Muslim man rapes another Muslim mans 9 year old daughter, unless you have 4 other male witnesses, it's not rape and he can't be punished.
What that really means is they say no to getting raped. If you get rape you die.
