He hasn't averted another great Depression you retard, he's just kicked the can down the road another 7-8 years. The bubble is about to pop any day now.
What do you call printing trillions of dollars? What do you think holding interest rates at 0 for 7 years has done? It's made savings worthless. Inflation has eaten into whatever pay increase Americans might have had over the past 20 years. EVERYTHING costs more: rent, land, healthcare, education, food, utilities, services. The only thing cheaper (very recently) is gas and that has zero to do with Obama.
The ONLY reason the U.S. has been able to print trillions like this is because of the petrodollar trade: we've created an artificial demand for our dollars and bonds because most of the world's oil is still purchased in dollars.
The global economy got spooked again after the Fed tried to raise rates, that's why they've already canceled all scheduled rate increases for 2016. Oil is still in the shitter because demand is weak, despite rig counts dropping by 70% and companies slashing half their workforce.
Pretty soon we'll be doing another round of QE, more countries will move away form the petrodollar trade, and then the hyperinflation will set in. Everything will go exponential before crashing into a new great depression.
Face it Canadian, the writing is on the wall. Obama's only accomplishment is letting the central bankers paper over this gaping wound and allowing the 1% to reach record levels of wealth while the middle class shrinks.

>About 65% of job postings for secretaries who work for executives. But those require a college degree.
My God, seriously why? Secretaries don't require a college degree, given that their job description does not require it. I know people who worked as secretaries, it's not suppose to be a permanent career for people, especially college educated students who should be aware that there's little to no advancement in being a fucking secretary, but a temporary vocation.
There's literally no benefit for the worker. You think they would spend 4 years at college to be a fucking secretary? I wager the salary of college educated secretary is exactly, if not almost the same, as a regular secretary before corporations decided a degree was necessary.
Who in their sane mind would pay 10s of thousands of dollars, if not hundreds, in tuition debt just to be a secretary? The pay will never be worth it. These corporations will never come close to paying down the debt. It's like forcing janitors to be college educated.
