In most nations, they don't have food BECAUSE of military conflicts. The causation is reversed from what the OP says.Think for a moment; Africa has a shit ton of natural resources, and they don't do shit with it, they could easily feed their people but don't for whatever reason.
Also it would be a waste of resources to ship and to prevent spoilage by selling this corn overseas.
