Nobody says that. Nobody has ever said that. But the fact is blacks are the worst race based on every statistic. They are extremely violent and stupid. You may say that is a result of "the system" being against them but there are so many laws, grants, and gimmes specifically for minorities that the argument doesn't hold.
Look at asians, they are a minority. But percentage wise they do better in America than even whites. If you are black maybe you aren't like the rest of your race. But the facts show that your race is the worst in every country.
