Cardio is not for fags. Running on pavement or treadmills is though. Find some forest trails and run there, way better for your knees. Don't lock em on the way down though.

Sugar is death, bread would be fine if it didn't have sugar, you definitely don't eat enough veggies, fat is good in sugar-low diets, and you don't drink enough water.

Use coconut oil, butter, or beef tallow. Lard if you don't have the others.

Olive oil can be used for homemade dressings, which I recommend because most store bought dressings are filled with canola and soybean oils. They're easy to make.

Transfats are garbage, no matter what. Do not eat partially hydrogenated, or hydrogenated anything.

Pretty much everything in moderation is fine, eat your meat, fish and veggies, avoid sugar since too much is really bad for you and is one of the easiest materials for the body to rapidly store. On top of that it's the primary cause for cavities in adults.

I would cook things using a different method, but refined coconut oil probably, at least from a quick google search. What differentiates coconut oil from other vegetable oils is that it is very high in stable, saturated fats, and low in unstable, rancidity prone PUFA's.

Try to check what you eat: you aren't aware of what shit you often eat, if you are in the US or in the UK then the risk skyrockets generally in comparison with Italy.
Vegetables and fruits are excellent ways of filling your stomach.
Have a 'cheat day' where you can eat everything (obviously don't eat 10000000 kcal) as long as you keep up with the diet for the remainder of the week.

Make sure to eat fat and cholesterol, but also eat a good deal of greens and fruit too. Most people overdo it on carbs. Take fish oil, vitamin d, zinc, magnesium, and ubiquinol if over 25. I also drink a greens powder each morning. Also do heavy compound lifts. On off days do cardio. Test will be increased by doing aforementioned lifts and staying low bf%. 30% fat 40% carbs 30% protein is a good place to start.

Food:
Grow as much of your own food as you can. Food producers are jewy, and will feed you garbage and poisons if they can get away with it. All you need is your backyard (or some place you can plant), starter seeds, and the Internet. It's not that hard. Once you set up irrigation, greenhouse, and such, the food grows itself. Then you just go to your backyard and get fresh and untainted food. It also helps you save on grocery bills, since the water you would've been using to water some useless backyard grass would've been used to grow your own food.

Learn preservation techniques, so you have food all year, if you don't live in a place with year-round perfect food-growing weather. Even if you did, it's still a good idea. Not only will you be able to have access to your own produce all year round, you'd have variety of flavors. For instance, sun-dried tomatoes will taste differently from fresh ones.

Diet:
All the diet fads are bullshit, and no one diet will work for everyone. It all depends on where you originated from and the kind of food that you and your parents and grandparents have been eating. Say you're a potatonigger from Ireland, cutting out taters completely won't work. Just eat less of it, then swap out more protein. Protein somehow helps curb hunger/craving. So eat the kind of protein you'd normally eat, but increase intake of it. The only fundamental thing that's almost common with all diets is the reduction of fat intake. If you're eating bacon, crisp it up to remove as much fat as possible, then drain the fat off it as much as you can--use paper towels or whatever. The same thing goes with fries or anything fried. I know fat is delicious, but you can't have too much fat. You can't have too much of everything.

If your diet is not giving you some of the nutrients you need, supplement it. Take multivitamins that supplements what you're missing.

Exercise:
You need exercise. Lift weights and do cardio to double effectiveness of exercise in boosting metabolism.

If you lift weights, your muscles get bigger and you burn more calories. If you do cardio, you also develop a body that will burn calories. Do both, and you turn your body into a calorie furnace, just don't eat more than you burn.

Discipline:
No matter how much advice you get, it's all on you to see it through. You must have discipline or you will fail in whatever ventures you undertake.

When it comes do diet, like someone mentioned already, you need a cheat day. Not a cheat day where you cram your gullet with sugary and fatty shit. Just have a day where you can have a scoop of ice cream, or a candybar (not candyBARS), or whatever. Otherwise, just eat a normal diet of high protein, low fat, and moderate (to low moderate) carbs and fiber.

Addendum: Some diets advocate little to no carbs. That's stupid. You need carbs because that's the body's fuel. Protein can be turned to fuel too, but not as efficient as carbs. You'd be horribly tired all the time without carbs. Even bodybuilders consume carbs. So eat your taters, just not by the platefuls. There's also good carbs and bad carbs. Sugar is bad. Grains is good. Enriched bread and other processed carbs are bad. Fruits, if you eat a lot (if you think it's a good sugar substitute) is bad--it's still sugar. Fiber (like some veggies), although lacking in energy potential (can't really be used for fuel as it cannot be turned to fuel) is good to fill you up and promote gastrointestinal health. So eat your veggies too, along with carbs. You need some fat, but the fat you need should be the good kind. Use a bit of olive oil, instead of other oils. No bacon fat (even if it's delicious).

Moderation in exercise. Don't exercise to the point of injury. It takes time, so don't expect to get jacked in a few months. Years, even.
