Sanders is about right, Clinton, well I dunno where she really is since she's basically just a mirror of public opinion, but where she seems to say she is while campaigning, she should be a bit further left and a bit further down.
No idea where trump stands since he seems to say one thing that refute it at the next opportunity. But considering he wants to lower taxes, cull government funded healthcare and kick out the foreigners, he's definitely in the top right quarter of the blue box, but I dunno where.

Yes the definition of the centre changes between people, that doesn't mean some people's definitions aren't more retarded than others.
What would you like me to do, use someone else's definition even though I disagree with it? No. You can argue my definition is incorrect but you cannot argue that it is purely opinion and that no definition is any more retarded than others, because this one definitely is.
I'd also point out that even if I agreed that it's okay to change the centre, and Clinton was right wing by this definition, she would absolutely not be that close in her right-wing politics to republican candidates she's far more left than they are and you know it
I also think the authoritarian/libertarian scale is well off and nothing to do with a different centre. Sanders and Clinton are far more authoritarian than Trump. They want to disarm the population, have state regulated affirmative action, higher taxes and get people to suckle on the teet of government welfare and make them dependant on the state.
It's completely bullshit to suggest Sanders is more Libertarian than any of the republican candidates.

I never said more government = less personal freedom but it certainly correlates and taking away the first and second amendment of the United States Constitution which both Hillary and Sanders have eluded to with hate speech laws and gun control would most certainly be seen as removing personal freedom in the interest of state power.
