This is fucking ecology 101. A particular habitat can only support so many at a sustainable level. If this level is overshot, various factors will come into play that will force it to balance out. If deer over-reproduce, there will be so many of them that they'll crowd out the habitat and they'll die of starvation because there isn't enough food to go around. And then this causes the population to drop back down to a sustainable level.
Importing migrants just makes the problem worse. Take that same scenario with the overcrowded deer starving due to lack of food. Now imagine there was also a continuous flow of new deer from another forest coming to their habitat. The problem of not having enough food for the amount of deer would never go away, because the population is never allowed to drop down to a sustainable level. Deer will keep dying far in excess of what would happen if they just let it decline naturally.

By artificially devaluing currency (below the US dollar) in the way China does, a country can produce goods, and ship them to the United States at the profit of both sides. However, in a service based economy it would only serve to the detriment of the country, and hurt the country's infrastructure.
Raising the value of the currency through a gold standard, would increase the Japanese credit rating, and make savings accounts worth more, thus raising quality of life.
It's time we stepped in to save the country. A rapid influx of virgin neckbeards, with the rallying cry "Japanese pussy is made for white dick".
