From experience, so backward was overlooked as a...not threat, but bastion. With still functioning regions of mountain clans and culture deeply intact, the frosty country had it's origins laid in maintaining life through the winters. With enough to do, one isn't as quickly duped by the jew's influence. Eastern half remains underdeveloped, lush, experienced in dumbfuckery. Landmarks and artisanal fabrication remain intact, no one's going to let filth pervade, for once the conservatism has benefited.
