Yes.
Secular and christian arabs are alright. I got along with a couple of egyptians some years ago. The ones that have businesses are generally nice with good manners.
Now the africans and the muslims are the ones that are rude, disrespectful and troublemaking.

I live in a tourist zone and I have no first hand experience, but the arab princes/kings/warlords have a fame to be so pretentious and obnoxious that many waiters/bartender/whatever-low-job workers can't help themselves and usually respond in a rude way to them. And get fired by consequences.
Usually we see them with fear (to lose a job) and disgust.

Before the mass invasion began, only the very extroverted and fun, world travelling type of arabs came to Europe, and they were pretty cool. Those people are always fun, no matter where they are from.
But now things are obviously different.

In person, I only know two.
One Kurd in elementary school who beat other pupils and one Indian Muslim who beat his wife and kids.
Other than that, the train stations are now so dangerous I don't let my girlfriend travel alone, my city's town hall/library is now a refugee centre, the clubs in my cities have formed a militia and the amount of thugs and police reports has tripled.

Spent a few nights in Qatar at really expensive hotel (work was paying bill), but you never actually deal with Arabs bc they bring in foreigners to do any actual work.
