Sexism in general is not a real issue because men and women are inherently different. The premise of the question is wrong and has been framed to trap you.
There is nothing wrong with sexism. Men are different from women. The difference is innate (biological). Women will have different needs, strengths, weaknesses, and roles to men.
IRL example for you is womens tennis. Women get equal prizemoney, yet only play for 3 set games, whilst men play 5. Men are discriminated against. Womens tennis is also garbage quality too, but stick to the mathes: 3/5ths of the work for the same pay.
