Depends on how you utilize the fat. Most endomorphs absorb quite a bit of the food they eat instead of shitting it out, so if a fat person eats only healthy food but works out for extremely long periods of time due to the excess energy, they will burn more calories while being sedentary, and need the extra fat to absorb so they can focus instead of getting hungry all the time. Fatness is a result of a body type eating fatty foods or too many calories. Its not hard for endomorphs to become skinny but if they are athletes typically they don't prefer to have the body builder look because they get tired and dehydrated easily when working out

There's no scientific evidence for endomorphs, ectomorphs etc. Some bodies may add fat easier (low testosterone may lead to this) and some may build muscle faster, just like someone is short or tall. But there aren't different body types we are specifically born into. They're not genders.
Obesity has a negative correlation with lower IQ.

Well, IQ has a positive correlation with attractive faces, height, blue eyes, education, and salary. So maybe IQ in itself doesn't matter, but it's correlated with many positive things.
However, contrary to what /pol/ believes, the world isn't black and white. This means you could be fat and super intelligent, it's just that on average, intelligent people tend to take care of their bodies more.

That's not how it works. Fat people tend to be unhealthier. The people that are the most evolved today are the people who actually like the taste of salad etc. The reason we love the taste of meat, fatty food, carbs etc, it's because those kinds of foods were uncommon when we were hunter gatherers, so it was BENEFICIAL to eat extra amounts of calories. The people who enjoy and are addicted to sugar and carbs today are the least evolved, if anything.
