Actually the bottom right cartoon is 2004 Drawn Together, which is mega-politically incorrect and made by two Half-Israeli Jews
The problem with this statement is that Southern European women tend to have fuller lips naturally as well. Not just them, but Latinas and Middle Eastern/North African women have them as well. Lump that in with the fact that the media promotes people like Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian who have full lips, it's a huge reach to claim that they're doing it to copy black women.
This whole "white women try to copy black women" really doesn't make any sense because women thrive on being loved and desired, so it seems unlikely that the most loved and desired women would try to mimic the least.
