To be frank, no one really knows what the new world order will be. The last new world order was post WW2 which became the Cold War system more or less.
Right now we're living with an outdated framework from that time. A new world order will probably be constructed either due to positive means, such as a desire for increased commerce, or negative means such as a major war or catastrophe.
