I dislike Israel because they have infiltrated governments to spread their agenda and fight free speech with accusations of anti-semitism. Among other things.
However, I don't delude myself into thinking that Palestine would be this utopia in the Middle East and Palestinians are great progressive people.
That isn't to say the new generations deserve this oppression or I don't care about people if they don't align with my beliefs, but I just can't pretend that they wouldn't be another shitty Muslim country if Israel wasn't around or gave them all the territory they like.
I am always surprised left-wingers always go on about the Palestinians. I know it is about "fighting the power" and being a contrarian, but consider women's rights, gay rights, and overall freedom in Israel versus any of the surrounding countries.

This image is so comically misinformed. In 1946, no land was jewish or palestinian. The whole area was a british mandate, making it all british land. The 1947 map was a plan that was never implemented. While the jewish community accepted it despite getting the worse end of the deal, the arabs rejected it and declared war. The third map is incorrect because during that time, the gaza strip was occupied by egypt and the west bank by jordan. This means that at that time, there STILL was no "palestinian land." Finally, the last map is the only one that is correct, as israel has created the first and only palestinian controlled land in all of history.
