No one has gone through all of them, broken them down, and then concluded that those factors had nothing to do with the modern black culture and state of community.

Because people care more about saving money than any thing else. Walmart built it's entire business model around that. Besides I wouldn't be surprised if the quality of illegal drugs goes up in order to remain competitive and the increased access to high quality precursors and equipment allows the criminal element to create better product.
Not to mention, unless you're willing to legalize selling drugs to minors, criminals will have a guaranteed captive market for their product no matter what.

Wrong. Prohibition without the means is practically deregulation. It's leaving regulation up to the drug gangs and the underground drug market.
When drugs are legalized and regulated, then criminals will have a much more shallow clientele pool and it will be far easier to catch them. With less drug addicts and dealers in jail because they made the move to the legal market, you can then really put the black market dealers under the jail. Right now in Baltimore only end up serving 15 days for every month sentenced because of overcrowding. Legalization and regulation will free up the jails.
With a hand in drug creation, the legal sellers can easily drive the illegal sellers out of business. Illegal street dealers often have to pay for things like protection and legal fees. Legal dealers not as much overhead and no police down your back.
Also the minor thing is easy to solve. selling to minors would still be illegal so the few dealers breaking that rule could be dealt with via sting operations.

I just think that black parenting went downhill as soon as drugs hit. That's poverty and mental illness. Apparently, according to some blacks, the vietnam war was involved as well. The film "Dead Presidents" touches on this as well, but I don't know how widespread this was outside of NYC. They came back changed after the war, if they came back at all.
Sure there was the numbers racket, extortion, and illegal gambling before drugs, but that wasn't anywhere near as violent as the drug game.

Lifelong Bostonian here, and this has been bothering me for years now. Literally half of Boston's neighborhoods are black ghettos now. What makes this even more infuriating is that Boston is one of the most expensive cities in the country, and half of its population is living here essentially for free.
It's becoming a city of rich upper class and university students who can afford $2-5000 per month in rent, and of single parent households who pop out kids and live on section 8 and ebt and keep the property values artificially high in the 'safe' neighborhoods. I've been to NYC, Philly, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, and LA, and it's the same situation from coast to coast.
I make $120k per year and could find a piece of property to buy here, but it's not worth the risk when a pack of heathens could end up buying the house next door as part of some 'affordable housing first time homebuyer gibsmedat' program. Not to mention that the public schools are 95% minority (even in 95% white neighborhoods) because the city spends $100 million per year to bus minority students all over the city for the purpose of diversity.
White people are no longer raising families in major cities. I'd love to see some hard data in this. It's scary to think what our cities will look like in 10 or 20 years.

Pigtown here... Baltimore is not a war zone, nor is it very safe. Robberies at gunpoint happen in the white neighborhoods, bar areas, and yuppy zones. Some areas you just shouldn't go to. Daylight is typically safe, but muggings can occur at all hours.
Lots of boarded up derelict housing, not as bad as Detroit though. I've had 2 attempted break-ins in the last 3 months, and I sleep with a pistol in the nightstand and an AK under the bed.
All in all, it's not the worst, but by no means should this state of affairs be acceptable.

Been there a few times on holiday (lots fo friends there) always had a good time, stuck to the white/tourist area's though. Walked from the city center to some train museum and the area felt a bit dodgy, lots of zomby crack heads walking about, never got any trouble though.
Some Baltimore mall is the only place I've seen cashiers withhold change, and even then they're all "well it's only 30 cents" or whatever the amount is. What's up with that? Never seen that anywhere else.

It's an interesting town, tons of history, really good food (seafood at least), some decent architecture. A lot of it was blue collar to begin with (shipping, crabbing, fishing jobs) and then whites left and went to the (pretty nice) suburbs. The inner harbor is worth seeing and Camden Yards is very well done.
Where do you people live in Baltimore? I just moved out of Locust Point. It was mainly white, quiet and no crime. I lived literally on the Under Armour HQ campus with 24/7 security guard so maybe thats why

lol, this is total bullshit. Blacks are confined to Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan. Boston is still very segregated compared to most other major cities in the Northeast. I own a building in one of the suburbs just outside Cambridge, maybe five or six miles from downtown Boston and it's very safe, pretty much entirely white and Asian families and the schools are highly ranked. I don't have kids, but there's definitely good places to raise them here.
