Enrich and reuse it, m8. Very little waste is actually created, and most of it can be stored on site with very little risk. The only downside to nuclear is that it's much more expensive than the alternatives until we have the plants built. Over time, it's far cheaper, cleaner, and renewable.

There's definitely laws in place to prevent that. Antarctica is basically one giant scientific research continent, so realistically that couldn't happen. Laws aside, transport of the waste there and construction of infrastructure would be crazy expensive.
