Well, as a someone who has lived there, I'd say there are pros and coins. People generally are pretty ugly and doesn't dress well, but on the other hand, it makes you look better in contrast.
People are honest and reliable, which is a huge plus. They are often pretty polite and kind, not cocky like Swedes sometimes are.
On the bad side, there are no jobs and the economy is dying. A lot of hillbillies and white trash people. Good education system though.
3/5 wouldn't move back.
