I love native culture and history. Natives in the modern era are sort of trapped between two worlds. I feel bad for most of them, trapped in cyclical, generational poverty.

I'm half Northern Cheyenne, but my dad was sent to an orphanage at a young age since his mother had TB and his dad was a dangerous alcoholic. Big surprise there, right?
