here let me give you the gist, this month at the peace meeting with china and the world, we talked about how to deal with the middle east etc etc, so king chimp chimped out at china, which then xing told him to sit the fuck down threatening him and telling him about the collapse, which king chimp shut his trap, but the pretty much made us look like pieces of shit making everyone get a swat team to protect him for some ungodful reason. Which then he proceeded to steal gold from a chinese mountain because china is the new banking capital, they would not let us back in them, so now china is preparing to make us collapse and make a new bank because of our corruption.

tldr: china makes new bank for the world, while king chimp makes us look like shit infront of world leaders

I see it senpai, but I think you guys are just looking at things and saying "HURR LOOK TWO THINGS RELATED TO MONEY ARE HAPPENING ON THE SAME DAY IT'S HABBENING :DDD"

I'm no economist, and I think most of /pol/ can say the same, but what this looks like to me simply put is: Chinese banks are manipulating money and could shake things up, and the Fed is having a meeting to discuss how to respond to it.

Do you remember the wealth of data that /pol/ had as evidence of a currency crash in September? Your one link pales in comparison to the great habbening of September 2015.
>>
>>70586787
The global economy is collapsing soon. The meeting is probably about how to keep the dollar from destroying Chinese or japanese markets. The chinks want a weak dollar so their yuan stays weak and the japs want a strong dollar to keep the yen weak. Right now the weak dollar is crushing Japan, while if they try to alleviate that by strengthening the dollar the Chinese economy will start coming down. Too much debt, not enough growth.

The meeting will also probably be about the impending collapse of European banks as well.

Guys Guys... Per the Protocols of Zion.

They have to raise the minimum wage before the Collapse correct?

So raising the min wage all over Ameriga, leads to a shortage of agricultural items due to some (insert reason here.) and increase in prices for everyday goods.

I am thinking all this happens when people are protesting/rioting for a prolonged period of time?

With world wars and attacks in between and possibilities.

Am I wrong? if the protocols are right they must raise min wage in all 51 states.

Right now it's 10 states, by 2020. (unless something changes over night.)

Then expect to need supplies, and be SHTF ready, before the Friday when all states have increased min wage.

well, you see in 1971, the US ended the Bretton Woods whereby the value of the dollar had been pegged to the price of gold and all other currencies were pegged to the dollar, whose value was left to "float" (rise and fall according to market demand).
Instead, Nixon substituted it for a free-floating currency system. This way the US, via the Fed, can print as much money as they want, this is sustained in large part by the constant need of US dollars in currency markets, because OPEC oil trade is exclusively traded in dollars. Therefore, we get the petrodollar.

For a variety of reasons that are the result of this current post-Bretton Woods system, we got an highly speculative debt fueled economy that continuously caused ever bigger debt crisis. 2000/2001 and 2008 were the last couple of really big debt situations.
Now we're watching a new crisis happening, in large part because of demographic trends, a recovery that never really happened, rising inequality and really, really bad Fed policy attempts at credit easing (you may have heard about QE already... thats credit easing)
All of this is interconnected and related.
And its all coming to shit

I'll be posting some images from a year ago, where /pol/ had one of those rare 1 in a thousand good threads where there were some great discussion about this
>>
>>70594107

The whole US economy in the last decade reminds of the Diocletian's reforms, which postponed the collapse of the Rome, but doomed it in the long run.

The Malthusian trap is coming to US, very soon.

Nothing really, since the federal reserve act our dollar has been in a freefall, the more money we print the more useless it gets.

Probably if it's tied to a currency backed by gold or sliver it and raising the interest rate could prevent the collapse

This, everyone started panicking in February and then just all of a sudden everywhere stabilized and all the fucking shills were patting themselves on the back saying, "See goyim it was just a correction!". Everyone knows it was bullshit, nothing happened to make anything better, and everything still was getting worse it just wasn't time yet. Now, it either looks like whatever was propping it up is failing or enough people stopped caring that it's time to let it slip again.

>>70595687

Bingo!

Essentially we're on a rollar coaster going down the big drop but the e-brake keeps getting pulled until enough people get off the ride then we go down more and as people come back on they stop it again.

No one unless they're a total retard wants to see everything suddenly crash and burn like an economic collapse would and anyone who says they do is an edgelord that'd be fucked the moment they leave the basement for hot pockets.
>>
>>70596065
It's actually pretty hilarious and tragic that despite Schiff being right about 2008 and writing books about our next collapse and doing countless interviews warning about it, people still fucking doubt him.

>>
>>70596180
What do you mean? Like bad debt?
>>
>>70595757
Quantitative easing (QE) is a monetary policy used by central banks to stimulate the economy when standard monetary policy has become ineffective. A central bank implements quantitative easing by buying financial assets from commercial banks and other financial institutions, thus raising the prices of those financial assets and lowering their yield, while simultaneously increasing the money supply. This differs from the more usual policy of buying or selling short-term government bonds to keep interbank interest rates at a specified target value

I was writing my own explanation, but the wikipedia definition is pretty straightfoward
>at near 0% to invest
ZIRP (zero interest rate policy) is different from QE, though it has the same objective.

If we have an economic collapse you're looking at something absolutely horrible. Especially when you take into consideration if it's subtle then you have millions upon millions of people in the US alone who just all of a sudden have the floor ripped out from under them with most of them being unaware that something was even happening.

Also, what I meant by NIRP is that when the business cycle ends we wont have to resort to NIRP because we have some actual room to move downwards, instead of forcing our people to hold onto cash and to consume like a bunch of fucking hostage monogloids

there's legitimate criticism of him.
he was pathetically wrong in 2009 about inflation and hyperinflation, and like I said before, his financial recommendations are really bad, but his analysis is still pretty good.

It can be things like government bonds which institutions like banks hold. This causes the price of those bonds (e.g.) to rise, which lowers the yield of those bonds and therefore the interest rate. The point is the lowered interest rate is to get people to start investing due to it being 'cheaper' to borrow.

Bit of a noob here - can a central bank essentially just say 'the interest rate is 2%' and that's how it's set, or is the interest rate purely the result of other factors (such as the amount of gov.bonds being purchased), and therefore the government tries to control it through addressing these various factors.

2008 was never a recovery. Only a delay. It's why things have gotten worse for people on the ground. More debt, less spending power. Middle class decimated.

>>
what does this mean for the average american? will we be fighting for bread?
>>
>>70596065

With the petrodollar we are basically talking about fake global demand for u.s. currency which allows the Fed reserve to print money whenever it wants.

Without that artificial demand the value of the U.S Dollar collapses monumentally.

enter the proxy wars in the middle east which are really about protecting the value of the US dollar in an attempt to keep a fictitious monetary system going by making sure the middle east does not sell oil unless the purchaser pays in US dollars.

There really has been trillions and trillions of dollars in wealth created in america but most of that wealth is materialized in U.S. dollars. Which almost nobody. Including most of the 1% have any control over. Its a game.

I always imagine when a new president gets in office someone says "heres the thing" and explains how things actually work. The president spend his nights unable to sleep and his hair starts turning grey. He eventually puts on a brave face but his actual belief in government/humanity/purpose is destroyed because he realizes its all a lie.

My hope is that the interconnected nature of the global economy will continue to dissuade an assault on the dollar. Which may actually be a huge part of the globalist agenda. At least this phase of it.

No its not. Nor is it a forward indicator as they say. None of those memes are true. Everything that tore the market down during the financial crisis was taking place 2 years before the market even responded. The stock market will respond positively to bad numbers and negatively to good numbers very often. Watching the "financial press" make heads or tales of it in context to the economy is kekable as fuck.
